Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.   This tracking number can be used on the courier company’s website to track your order’s location up until delivery.

 

How do I return / exchange an item?

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?

 

Unfortunately your delivery details cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

As we process orders immediately, they unfortunately cannot be cancelled.  Please ensure you have selected the correct product and size before you submit and pay for your order.

 

How long will it take for my item to be shipped to me?

 

Shipping times vary according to the country that they are being shipped to. Shipping time could range from 5 - 20 days. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further details.  

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept the following payment methods:

We do not accept payment via bank transfer.

 

How do I use my discount code?

 

Simply enter your discount code in the specified area on the checkout page before you make your payment. Your discount will automatically be applied and deducted from the final price.

 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

 

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery.  All payments must be made electronically on our website.
